Refund policy
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items: used drinkware and bar equipment, opened or used electronics, final-sale/clearance items, and gift cards.
Return shipping: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is free and we’ll send a prepaid label. For all other returns, [return shipping is the customer’s responsibility / a $X label fee will be deducted from your refund].
How to start a return
Email us at [support@chomiceshop.com] with your order number before sending anything back. Once approved, we’ll send instructions and the return address. Items sent back without approval can’t be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Exchanges

European Union returns and cancellations
If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchase goods online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods for any reason, unless an exemption applies.
After you notify us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.
We will refund eligible cancelled orders within 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you have sent them back.
For eligible cancellations, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery, if you paid for delivery. We are not required to refund any additional amount paid for express or premium delivery beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
